Introduction & Acceptance

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. 3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 2b999 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any fee is applied. The fee will not reduce any account balance below zero.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Chargebacks

Where a chargeback is raised, 2b999 reserves the right to suspend the account, recover the disputed amount from any available account balance, and pursue recovery through any available legal means.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real funds. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using stake patterns or strategies that exploit bonus mechanics, or any other behaviour 2b999 reasonably determines to be abusive — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, the forfeiture of any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 VIP Club

Participation in the 2b999 VIP Club is governed by the VIP Club terms, which form part of this Agreement by reference. VIP status and accumulated points are non-transferable between accounts and have no monetary value outside the 2b999 platform. 2b999 reserves the right to modify the VIP Club programme, including tier thresholds, rewards, and benefits, at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on 2b999 are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each bet — including the selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. 2b999 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of a manifest error by the platform (see section 6.4 below).

6.2 Insufficient Funds

Bets will only be accepted where the player's 2b999 wallet contains sufficient cleared funds to cover the full stake amount. 2b999 does not offer credit facilities of any kind. If your account balance is insufficient to cover a bet, the bet will not be accepted.

Settled bets will not be reversed without a manifest error or integrity concern.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2b999 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any later stage;

Bonus balances and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by 2b999

2b999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law. Amendments
